My suggestion in Cococay is to avoid the crowded beach areas and continue around the island until you get to a perfect area where there are no crowds and you can walk out into the water forever in just ankle deep water.  It's very beautiful and serene.  In the pictures below, I have tried to plot the course I took to get to this area and as you follow the pictures you will see the reduction in crowds.  When you first get off the tender, walk forward until you get to the road, then turn to your right and follow the road quite a ways until you get to the area where I took the picture of the picnic table and you will see a trail where you can get to the beach. 

I have been to Cococay twice, once on the Enchantment and once on the Grandeur.  The last four pictures were taken on my trip on the Grandeur and the rest on the Enchantment trip.
